Questions about plans
What happens after the free trial?
You start a 7-day free trial of the plan you pick, Core or Pro, monthly or yearly. Your card is taken at the start and first charged when the 7 days end, and we email you two days before. Cancel before it ends, in two clicks from Plan & billing, and you pay nothing. One free trial per person.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
Yes, at any time, from Your account. A switch starts straight away and the difference is charged or credited. Cancelling keeps your access until the period you paid for ends. A yearly payment can be refunded within 14 days of it; monthly ones are not refunded, since the free trial comes first.
What counts as an account?
One brokerage account at one broker. If you have an IRA and a margin account at the same broker, that is two. Core covers one; Pro covers up to 5, at one broker or several, and adds them up into one record.
Which brokers can I connect?
The 22 brokers on the home page connect through our data partner SnapTrade. Most use a sign-in on your broker's own page; a few take your broker username and password on SnapTrade's secure page instead, which we never see. Interactive Brokers connects through a free report you set up once, which takes about ten minutes. How far back your history goes depends on the broker.
Is the trade review advice?
No. It compares each trade with the prices that came before and after it, and describes the gap. Hindsight makes every decision look clearer than it was, so it says nothing about what to do next.
What does the guide in Pro do, and where does it stop?
It explains your own numbers: what drove your results, what a metric means with your figures in it, what stands out in your trading, such as giving back gains or options that did worse than plain shares. It will not tell you to buy, sell or hold anything, or say what prices will do. That would be investment advice, and the point here is an honest account of what already happened.
